Looking to learn a new skill? Looking to hone already build techniques? With these home lessons you set the schedule and focus.

• Beginner Lesson Ideas: Foundations, Mugs, Bowls, Plates, Jars, Sgraffito, Glazing, etc.

• Intermediate Lesson Ideas: Height, Collaring (bottles and vases), Caliper work (nesting bowls), large scale pieces, double walls, donuts, altered forms, etc.

This class is designed for folks of varying skill sets. Never touched clay in your life? You’re more than welcome in this class. Been practicing for a while and looking for something new in the ceramic world? Don’t worry, you’ll be far from bored here.

Recommended for individuals of any skillset, ranging from never touched clay before, to intermediate ability. This class is recommended for ages 18+. Ages 12-17 will be considered on a case by case basis. Please e-mail arttaysia.llc@gmail.com with any questions.

$50 per 1.5 hrs of instruction with a half an hour grace period after the lesson for clean up and last touches on creations. $15 add on if you need Arttaysia, LLC to buy tools on your behalf.

Lessons will be scheduled after examining instructor and participants schedules. Looking to fill weekday evenings. Weekends available on a limited basis.

The Space:

This class is hosted at a residential address in Waukesha, WI; in a basement studio. Please be respectful of the first floor. Address will be e-mailed to participants upon confirmation of payment/participation.
Can Be Cold: It is in a basement so please dress in layers for comfort.
